Partner Training Sessions
Partner sessions are the most popular and cost effective. You will receive a reduced price but not reduced attention. I'm very experienced with training two or more clients with different fitness levels and goals at the same time. **At gym or office, you don't need a partner to sign up for partner sessions**
Kids and Beginner Training Sessions
Beginner sessions are very low impact and very educational. During these sessions form, range of motion and path of motion is emphazied. Great for kids or someone brand new to resistance training.
Sports Specific Training Sessions
Sports Specific training sessions are designed to help you excel at your chosen sport. These workouts will focus on improving overall quickness, speed, agility and balance. Whatever the sport, whether in-season or off-season, these sessions target the muscles and movements that will improve your performance.
