Answer to question on brochure:     d. Lunges, push-ups and pull-ups              

           There are no such things as “lower abs”. Your abdominal muscle extends from below your chest to your pelvis.  To reduce to the layer of fat on top of the muscle, you must reduce your overall body fat. Lunges, push-ups and pull-ups will burn more calories than crunches and will therefore help more in the reduction of overall body fat. (See Myth #1 on Fitness Myth page)
